WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
*We will not pay for loss or damage in respect of:

Loss or damage to the Insured Property due to theft unless such offences are accompanied by actual forcible and violent entry into or exit from the Premises or any attempt thereat.

Expense recoverable under any maintenance agreement(s) or which would be so recoverable but for a breach of Your obligation under the maintenance agreement(s).
